We believe in the philosophy of “Quality is to be generated, not to be inspected”. This has given a process orientation to the total quality management process. Through implementation of Quality Management Systems like ISO 9002/ QS 9000/ TS 16949, a stable quality management platform has been created. Process stability is being monitored through use of SPC tools across all the processes.

IAL received the QS9000 certification in 1999 and prior to that ISO9002 certification in 1995 and TS: 16949 certification in 2004.
