IAL plants are equipped with modern equipments such as CNC Flatbed Gas and Plasma Cutters, Hydraulic Press Brakes & Shearing Rigs and Presses that range from 10 to 1000 Ton.

Covered manufacturing area is more than 6,000 SqM in three locations and expanding. A flexible approach to satisfy Customer requirements is adopted across the four plants.

Our Development Teams has several years of enriching experience working for the Earthmoving and Off-highway machinery industry. These teams are well versed with Design Concepts, Structures, Metal working and Assembly processes.

iDesign, a fully owned design subsidiary of the RSB Group has the capability to work closely with customers for delivering cost effective solutions. This design facility uses advanced CAD system such as Pro-Engineer, Unigraphics and IDEAS, and simulation tools.

Due to the complex nature of IAL products, the demands on Logistics run high. An extensive and finely tuned Supply Chain system takes over once the products are ready for dispatch. IAL has exclusive partnership with logistics providers to ensure steady and predictable delivery patterns to customers including JIT requirements.

Several years ago IAL took a strategic decision to locate its plants near customer’s plants. While these new plants are fully functional manufacturing establishments, their envisaged roles are those of satellite units that would tap into the vast resources of the mother plant at Jamshedpur. This philosophy has endeared itself strongly to IAL customers.
